Dear Friends, "know thy enemy" lest we be deceived and taken in by them. Beware of the constant borage of propaganda, lies and distraction throughout the media, to form the masses in a life without God and His Truth; be it superbowl rituals, ungodly music, movies, etc. Be it Monica Lewinsky, Depp, incorrect war news or the like, they are trying to distract the sheeple from what's really going on. May we not be among their flock. Jesus Christ is the One and Only Good Shepherd that we must follow if we want to live as " children of God." Our Lord, so aware that the masses are playing into the enemy's hand, has sent his Mother again and again to warn us, and show us the way back to God; to "prepare the way", as John the Baptist did, for his 2nd coming. Are our "lanterns" lit? Do we have enough oil, as the "wise virgins"? May we turn wholeheartedly to our Lord and Savior, especially present in the Eucharist. May we immerse ourselves in His word in Holy Scripture and the Rosary. May we live wholeheartedly our Baptismal vows and the sacramental life of the Church through Consecration to the Heart of Mary, Mother of the Church and our Mother. "For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the powers, against the world forces of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places" (Eph 6:12). Our Mother of
There is a mindset by some that it is the "intolerance" of others, to their lifestyle or beliefs, that is the culprit of their discouragement and feeling down. When in fact it is their own conscience all along, with which they are wrestling, and from which they are running. As long as there are others to blame they will escape the truth and find no peace within. "CONSCIENCE: The interior voice of a human being, within who's heart the inner law of God is inscribed. Moral conscience is a judgment of practical reason about the moral quality of a human action." (CCC Glossary) Examination of conscience daily is important. We must come to God raw and honest about who we are and that which we struggle. We may have to wrestle a bit as Jacob did. But in the end, if we humbly surrender to him as children, He will come in, revealing to us His love and truth. And there we find the rest, peace and acceptance for which we always longed.
"Sr. Lucia told me, and I met her three times, the word Russia we must understand as the whole world, because sin has no nationality" (Archbishop Tadeusz Kondrusiewicz). (And, this is in line with our Christian theology that the Holy spirit is in direct opposition to the spirit of the world, the flesh and the devil.) CLICK TO READ FULL BLOG
When Moses asked God about His name, God answered, “This is what you shall say to the sons of Israel: ‘I AM has sent me to you’” (Ex 3:14). God did not say "I WAS," or "I WILL BE;" but "I AM," because He is Omnipresent -- always present. And yet, He can enter into our past and our future as He so pleases, to bring healing and redemption, because He is outside of time. CLICK TO READ FULL BLOG
Have we ever struggled with understanding the Marys who have “chosen the better part? -- If we are more of a Martha, a doer, we probably have. And, just to note, being a doer and having a servant’s heart can be a great gift and can be very pleasing to God, if the things that we do are in His Divine Will that is. CLICK TO READ FULL BLOG
As we continue in this Advent season, in preparation for his birth/his second coming, let us reflect deeply and take to heart His every word, especially in the Gospel passages. And let us remember that if He was misunderstood, not received, and persecuted, we will be also. We are living in significant times, where the "sheep and the goats" (Rev.) are being separated more clearly; as fence stratlers must choose sides. Those who are not living the Gospel message of Jesus Christ, but rather, by the spirit of the world the flesh and the devil, will not understand us (unless they are truly seeking, and have "ears to hear," the truth). In today's liturgy we are told that the word of God must be kept in our heart, that we might not sin. We are encouraged to let the word of God enter into our very being, to take possession of our desires and our whole way of life (cf. office of readings, a sermon by Saint Bernard, Abbot). Below is partial text of 2nd reading . "Oh Come, Emmanuel!" CLICK TO READ FULL BLOG
Jesus did not enable the Pharisees in their grave dysfunction. Neither are we called to. Do we ever find ourselves up against others who are arrogant, self-righteous, manipulative, controlling, accusing, blaming of others? CLICK TO READ FULL BLOG
“Upon my flowering breast which I kept holy for Him alone, there He lay sleeping and I caressing Him. “I abandoned and forgot myself, laying my face on my beloved. All things ceased. I went out from myself, leaving my cares forgotten among the lilies” (St. John of the Cross). CLICK TO READ FULL BLOG
Herein lies a message of hope and encouragement. God is consumed with love for you, no matter who you are; or what you have or haven’t done. Question is, do we desire to receive His love?... And, if so, we must make room for it; get rid of anything in our life that is an obstacle, that blocks us from His Divine Love and Truth. CLICK TITLE TO READ FULL BLOG
May we never lose hope or become discouraged amidst all to evil, darkness and deception around us. We are"children of God... and of the Light." We cannot fully comprehend in this life the IMPORTANCE OF OUR ROLE AND MISSION in these times. Please, we beg you to "pray continually" (1Thes 5:17), live wholeheartedly the Sacramental life of the Church, Cling to our Eucharistic Lord and Savior, in and through a life Consecrated to the Immaculate Heart of Mary. Pray the Rosary daily. CLICK TITLE TO READ FULL BLOG
BUT ARE WE INDIVIDUALLY LIVING OUR VOCATIONS? First of all, do we know clearly what our vocation is? And, secondly, are we seeking to live it whole-heartedly? Our Lady of Fatima in one of her messages said, “The penance I now demand and require is the sacrifice of daily duty.” What are our personal daily duties which flow from our personal vocations and missions in life? Of utmost importance for each of us as Baptized Christians, is that we daily seek to live an ever-deeper communion of life with God; and seek to do His Divine Will, within the personal mission and plan for which He has created us. Many of us have already chosen a certain vocation in life (whether or not it was consciously discerned in prayer). No matter our present vocation, key for each of us is to learn from Jesus, who is “the way, the truth and the life.”
What a Grace this is for those who have been called to follow Christ and our Holy Mother in this way; to begin living here on earth the espousal union with God to which we are all ultimately called in Heaven. May young people, and older, discern their vocations wisely. +Jesus, Divine Bridegroom of our souls, we love you!+
Dear Friends, We celebrate the Feast of Saint Rose of Lima, who speaks of the profound Graces received through suffering. May we find great hope in her words, in all that we suffer in these times. Love and prayers, Rose of Lima
Dear Friends, The Storm is Upon us! Darkness has come over Jerusalem (MK 15:33). Do we have any personal sufferings at this time? A message of hope for you. No matter how bad it seems, how painful, whenever God allows a tragedy or suffering, it is always to allow for something good to come from it (look at Christ’s Crucifixion and death). The key for us, however, is to invite Him into our suffering heart, surrender all, and unite that suffering to His. He has already taken on the suffering, and “{His} yoke is easy, {His} burden light.” (Mt 11:30)
Let us be aware of the grave deception all around us. The evil one is using the same tactics with us, as with Adam and Eve. They were deceived, and they fell for it, because they didn't "seek first the Kingdom of God" and His Divine Will. Beware of the evil one and his minions masquerading as "angel(s) of light". Beware of his lies.
Dear friends we are in a major spiritual war in our times. We share with you a key tactic that ensures a win: When the evil one and his minions try in any way to attack us, if we are first surrendered to God, and second if we are uniting any sufferings we endure with the sufferings of Christ, offering them up for God's greater glory and the salvation of Souls, then the evil one's plan backfires. And the Christians gain ground.
KNOW WHO YOUR DECEIVER IS, AND HOW HE DECEIVES We must always remember who is in the battle, and what the battle is REALLY about, lest we be deceived. Many will say this is a battle between the good and the bad, the white hats and the black hats, and God and Satan.
