"Sr. Lucia told me, and I met her three times, the word Russia we must understand as the whole world, because sin has no nationality" (Archbishop Tadeusz Kondrusiewicz). (And, this is in line with our Christian theology that the Holy spirit is in direct opposition to the spirit of the world, the flesh and the devil.)
Therefore, "Russia" in the Fatima messages doesn't represent Putin himself, but the sins of Communist Russia through the ages. And, according to Mary in messages to Fr. Gobbi (with Imprimatur), the Huge Red Dragon who is in battle with the Woman Clothed with the Sun, Rev.12, is "Marxist atheism."
This is the grave sin of Russia. This is the error of Russia that would spread if Mary's message wasn't heeded. Not the person of Putin; rather, the spirit behind Marx, Lenin and Stalin.
Yes MANY are calling out Putin as the horrific enemy that Ukraine, and the rest of the world is up against. But could Putin be a deceptive distraction, a scape goat conjured by the real enemy, to take our eyes off of this true "RED DRAGON" that we are really up against?
A question we must ask ourselves, who are the leaders in our country who are pointing a finger at Putin? And, what are their ideologies and principles?... is there a communistic, atheistic auora about it?
May we not blindly follow ANYONE but Christ himself. "Be as wary as serpents, and as innocent as doves" (Mat 10:16). "Examine everything; hold firmly to that which is good" (1Thes 5:21). We must test everything to see how it lines up with the word of God passed down to us through the ages from the apostles, within the context of Sacred Tradition.
And, may we remember that Mary is the Mother of the Word, who can guide us in living the Gospel message uncompromisingly. And, the Rosary helps us to do this.
"To pray daily one Rosary, you're treading water; two you're swimming; three, you're an Olympic swimmer; four, you're walking on water" (Fr. Jim Blount).
"To Our Divine Eucharistic Bridegroom, through Our Immaculate Mother!"
